* note, the team will compete at the division 3 level for event 1 of the WCPPL. This is to allow ample time to collect and recruit the necessary resources and players to compete at the division 2 level for event 2.
Individual Practice and Training
Deluxe Paintball players are expected to maintain a proper training regiment to compete within their respective division. As a minimum expectation, players will be expected to run 4 days per week at minimum. Players will be expected to record their runs as follows:

Players should take note of increased performance over extended periods of time. Records will be checked by a manager/team captain on a bi-weekly basis.
Deluxe Paintball Program Open Training Days
Tuesday and Thursday of every week at 7pm in Holly Park in San Francisco , Deluxe will host paintball specific physical training classes. These classes are open to all Bay Area Paintball and non-paintball players.
Deluxe Paintball Field Training
Deluxe Paintball players are expected to maintain a reasonable field training routine which involves drills as well as scrimmages. The morning shift is from 9am to 12 noon . This segment of practice will primarily involve training with the Deluxe Academy and Drills for all of the teams. The second half of practice will consist of team scrimmages. The 2010 schedule is slated to involve full raceto5, scored exhibition scrimmages.
